Ali Isaacman, BS Elementary and Early Childhood Education, Teaches Various Classes

Ali Isaacman received her BS in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Penn State University Main Campus in May of 2021. She is an elementary teacher in the Upper Dublin School district. Raised in Ambler PA, Ali has been a part of IDA since she was 3. She learned a variety of dance styles throughout the years ranging from jazz, pointe, Hiphop, and ballet.
Ali has taught various classes at IDA including different summer camps. She was the assistant choreographer and lead instructor at Young Starrs Theater company for their productions of Shrek, Guys and Dolls, and Beauty and the Beast.
In her free time Ali is always looking for master classes to participate in. She has taken classes with Ebony Williams of Cedar Lake and Beyonce Dance, Tara Keating of BalletX, various classes at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Broadway Dance Center, and Project Moshen. Ali also took yearly classes with Janine Beckles of Philadanco Dance Company, Steven Vaughn of Parsons Dance Company, and an African dance class at Penn State taught by Kikora Franklin.
Ali has trained with Project Moshen while selected as a guest dancer to open their main show at Performance Garage for several different years. Now, she is on the Project Moshen Board of Directors.
Since a little girl Ali has always wanted to make a difference in the lives of young children. Her passion for dance and IDA has led her to where she is today. Ali’s goal is to inspire young kids to follow their dreams and be the best version of themself.
