Heather Fisch, BFA Musical Theater, Teaches Various Classes

Heather Fisch was born and raised in Ambler, PA. She began her training in the Philadelphia area in ballet, where she frequently had faculty from the Pennsylvania Ballet. Heather continued her knowledge on other dance styles at the Institute of Dance Artistry, and pre-college programs: University of the Arts, Carnegie Mellon, and Northwestern University.
Heather is a graduate of the University of Miami, where she received a BFA in Musical Theater. She was in charge of the University of Miami dance audition for the BFA Musical Theater program. Heather has been a choreographer/dance teacher at the Palace Theater, University of Miami (Frost School of Music), Playhouse on Park, and Woodstock Playhouse, where she put together many full-scale productions for ages 7-18.
When not teaching at IDA, Heather is a part of the faculty at DramaZone in NYC, where she teaches kids ballet and musical theater. She’s also a professional actress that has worked at The Montgomery Theater, Playhouse on Park, and Woodstock Playhouse, Live at Lynn! at The Wold Center of Performing Arts. Along with her stage work, Heather has also been apart of a couple featured films: Santastein!, Creed 2, and Unboxed.
Heather is over the moon to be a part of the IDA faculty.
